Hi everyone! I hope you’re all getting ready for the holidays!

I can already tell you what I’ll be doing during mine: editing, editing and editing!

We’ll be back in Australia at the end of February, and my goal is to clear everything off the hard drives before then. Please have a look at the attached metadata! These are the recordings I’ve already edited, but they’re still missing the descriptive metadata. Filenames and edits are done, and right now it’s over 2,200 recordings and almost 600 GB of new sounds but in hours its about 102 hours!

I still have another 1.5 TB of sound recordings to get through, and some days it feels never-ending but it’s one sound at a time, just like running an ultra marathon. At some point it’s all pain… but I just keep going. :)

New Addition

For next year, someone asked if it would be possible to also provide 48 kHz / 24-bit versions of the files. The answer is yes! I’ll be converting everything and creating a separate page inside the All-In-One Bundle where you can download all the converted versions at your own pace.

This means the ZIP folders will contain more files with smaller sizes, perfect for anyone who prefers lighter downloads.

Of course, if you use Reaper you can batch-convert the files yourself, but I think this will be a great addition for the upcoming year.

So for anyone wondering what I’m working on right now, that’s the update!

A massive new release is on the way and it’s always better to head out traveling with empty hard drives ready to be filled again!
